Article 1 – Price
- The price of our products is indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes (+ carriage costs)
- All orders of whatever origin are payable in Euros .
- EDC International reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in effect at the time the order was registered.
- Title Retention Clause The products remain the property of EDC International until their price of sale has been settled in its entirety.
Article 2 – Acceptation
The validation of your order implies acceptance of our General Sales Conditions .
Article 3 – Delivrery
The products purchased on EDC International are delivered in France and abroad. The products are delivered at the address indicated in the “orders” section on our website.
- Delivery Incidents You should notify the Post Office and EDC International of any reservations you have about the delivered product (for example: damaged or missing package, package open on arrival, etc.) with in three days following receipt of the product. This can be done by sending an email (info@edcinter.com) or by letter .
- Product Conformity We undertake to refund or exchange any product that does not match your order. If this should be the case, please advise us in a detailed letter and return the product(s) to the address below EDC International will proceed with the exchange or refund of the product(s) concerned as appropriate. The request must be made within seven days following delivery by the Post Office. Any claim formulated after this time cannot be taken into account. The products should be returned in the state in which they were received (including packaging). The carriage costs cannot be reimbursed. In all events, you benefit from the back-up provisions; particularly those relating to the latent defects guarantee. The provisions in this article do not prevent you from taking advantage of the right of legal retraction (satisfaction or your money back) in article 7.
Article 4 – Payment
Your purchases should be settled either by : secure on-line payment using your banker's card .
Article 5 – Refunds
Products in accordance with the cases referred to in articles 3-a) and 7 will be refunded within a period of two weeks following receipt of the products by us.
Article 6 – VAT
The rate of VAT is that applicable in France , that is to say 5,5 % for the book .
Article 7 – Satisfaction or your money back
There is a legal time period of 7 days from receipt of the package(s) for you to return the product(s) that are not to your satisfaction .
The costs of despatch and return are to be paid by the customer except in the event of a recognised fault on the part of EDC International.
Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.

This right of return can only be accepted for product(s) that are complete, in their original packaging, new and accompanied by a copy of your order and the elements relating to it.
Any returned items that are incomplete, damaged or that have been used will not be taken back by EDC International .
Article 8 – Responsability
The photographs and graphics reproduced and illustrating the products shown are given for information only. Of course, for any query concerning these products, you may contact our customer services : info@edcinter.com .
We cannot be held responsible for breach of contract due to: an act of God, the disruption or total or partial strike, notably of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding, fire, this list is not exhaustive .
Article 12 – Personal Data
EDC International promises not to divulge the information you have communicated to any third party; this will remain confidential .
It will be used solely for processing your order and reinforcing and personalising the communication and offers reserved for the customers of EDC International. |
